Mr. Shiva Kumar Shrestha is our senior legal counselor and practitioner. He is actively involved in Nepal Law Society activities such as national and regional seminars for Free and Fair Elections, VDC Officials’ Orientation Program, and Human Rights Literacy Program.
Since 1987, Mr. Shrestha has worked tirelessly for Kusum Law Firm. His immaculate knowledge of Nepalese codified laws and acts has been a significant advantage in implementing strategies during all legal procedures to meet the needs of our clients.
He has been a top litigator in Nepal for over 35 years, assisting the law firm and representing clients in high-profile contested litigation and arbitration disputes.
His areas of specialization include corporate and commercial law, family and property law, and litigation. He is also extensively involved in the firm’s legislation drafting and consulting divisions.
