Kusum Law Firm is one of Nepal’s most renowned and well-known law firms, having been founded by our late and well esteemed Senior Advocate Mr. Kusum Shrestha. Our firm was founded in 1966 as “Nepal Law Firm” in collaboration with Mr. Krishna Prasad Bhandari.
After the partnership was dissolved in 1997, a new firm under the name “Kusum Law Firm” was established by respected Mr. Kusum Shrestha who managed the firm until the year 2018. At present, the firm reorganized as a limited liability company and changed its name to Kusum Law Firm Pvt. Ltd.
Currently, Mr. Miraj Shrestha (Advocate) manages Kusum Law Firm Pvt Ltd., which is also directed by Senior Advocate Mr. Sudheer Shrestha.
We are a full-service law firm with expertise in a variety of sectors with a focus on corporate business, trade, banking, family, property, and labor law. Our firm is comprised of six attorneys with decades of expertise at the highest levels of legal and social services.

Client calls us to enquire about their issue. We invite the client to our office for initial free consultation. We weigh the clients’ situation according to the law in question and give them insight about Pros and Cons of their case. We suggest them multiple solutions and ask the client for their desired outcome need of their issue. We ask our client if they wish for an amicable settlement and prepare the process. If not, then we move to fight and defend for our client in the court by way of litigation.
