Miraj Shrestha

We are pleased to introduce Mr. Miraj Shrestha, Advocate. Mr. Shrestha has been managing the firm since 2018, and he has been an active member of the legal community since 2004..

As Managing Partner of Kusum Law Firm, Mr. Shrestha is responsible for guiding the firm’s business strategy and supervising its daily operations.

His Academic credentials include:

–  Bachelor of Arts  (Honors) in Political Science from Delhi University 

–  Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B.) from Tribhuvan University. 

Mr. Shrestha has completed certification course in International Trade Law and Antitrust Law from Academy of American and International Law, Texas, USA.

Mr. Shrestha has undergone through and completed comprehensive courses in international commercial transactions and private investments. In addition, he has attended various conferences and seminars on the disciplines of Law, Business, Contracts, Arbitration, Competition law, and Human rights including those hosted by The International Bar Association and The Center for American and International Law.

Mr. Shrestha has significant experience in a range of legal subjects. Some of these fields include corporate law, banking law, contract law, labor law, intellectual property law, and Foreign investment law. 

Mr. Shrestha is also an executive member of Supreme Court Bar Association and member of International Bar Association.
